im thinking of starting a small business where the client ships me his memory card, i use swap magic and slide card and install independance.... feedback plz? the client pays shipping both ways and 5 dollars for "labor"

I don't see why you'd need permission from SuccessHK(makers of Swap Magic). Not only do they not respect other people's copyrights, you're not really including their software or anything like that.
Getting permission from mrbrown would be a polite thing to do though.
