PSP System w/ system software 3.03 and TA-082 MB

I have just bought a PSP that came with system software version 3.03 and has the TA-082motherboard revision.

From what I can tell this is the latest version and most up to date PSP out, and I realize that it pretty much out of the question for homebrewing, but does anyone know of anything on the horizon for this new wave of systems?

Modchip? Downgradeable?

Thanks for helping this newbie out. I have been out the of the sony scene for sometime and I am back! :) and glad too!

More than likely a TA-086, actually.

I do not think this is the correct forum for that kind of question either.
