spu-medialib goal

The goal of spu-medialib is to create a collection of spu programs to accelerate media related applications.

Some of the things we want to include in our library are:

Video decoding
Audio decoding
Image conversion
Format conversion

These should all be in lo level formats and only example code will be provided to assist integration into existing applications such as ffmpeg.

As of now we have working argb and yuv420 bilinear scalers
A working yuv420 to argb colorspace converter

This list will populate as we proceed.
