extract *.ELF file! HOW??

Hi

I have a problem! i have a ps2 with crystal chip and i have some apps on mc! now i want install another app, but it is a SCES_xxx.xx file! all the other apps i have installer were *.elf files and just some kbs, so i could it install without problems! but the SCES file is 4mb an too large fpr the mc!
do somebody know if is possible to extract the elf file from the sces?
i have an older app in 2 versions, too.
one is the cd version, so its an sles file that is 2mb and i have the same app for mc and thats an *.elf file with 300kb.

so i hope somebody can help!

It sounds like you're trying to put a copyrighted game onto a memorycard. Legal or not, we don't really do that kind of stuff here. Have you tried asking the folks who make your chip? Perhaps they can help you.

Now, if you wanted to put some homebrew software on the memorycard, I'm sure someone here could probably help you.

As a further deterrent from piracy that 4mb sces file (which is copyrighted) requires more than itself to run anyhow so don't waste your time trying to put it on your memory card.

This Sles file is a elf file.
Open it with winhex and remove all 0 at the end of the file
