Asking for AVC decoding example

I just want to play some low-resolution (128x128) video clip in part of the screen instead of full screen playing. I got lost in Jonny's PMP MOD AVC code tree.

Anyone has some digested code for H264/AVC H/W decoding. Something like cooleyes' example code that proves the concept of MP3/AAC H/W decoding.

Any information about AVC decoding will be helpful such as AVC frame format or tutorial.

Nothing else that is simpler than PMP Mod AVC available till now ;P.

I am working with videocodec.prx.
hope to find out how to use videocodec.prx to decode xvid and avc.
