I'd like to propose a list and discussions here following on PSP S&L actual open issues and expected homebrew developers/users requirements.

Open Issues/Requirements:

#1-> Unlock extra RAM (up to total 64Mb)
#2-> Include full/partial loader for 1.50 homebrews
#3-> Access to TV Universal Tuner (from dupming 3.71 something is already available)
#4-> Access to Skype (from dumping 3.71 something is already available)
